EQUIPMENT GROUPS
Part A.
4 x 10 weighted squats
Use any weight you have access too, any type of squat you choose. (Front squats, backs squats, goblet squat, oh plate etc)
Part B.
3 Rounds
4 min AMRAP:
6 push-ups
8 sit-ups
12 air squats
rest 2 minutes between each AMRAP
No weight group
Part A.
1 mile Run (time trial)
Try and pick a pace that will have you setting a new PR for a 1 mile run.
Part B.
3 Rounds
4 min AMRAP:
6 push-ups
8 sit-ups
12 air squats
rest 2 minutes between each AMRAP
