Squats with a Plate
20 Pull-ups/Push ups/rows
If you have access to a pull-up bar or place you can do them, do Pull-ups. Rows can be done with a pole, broom, or other object between two chairs and done similar to a ring or bar row at the gym. You can also lay under a kitchen table and grab the edge and pull from your back to do a home version of the row there. If none of these options exists, do push-ups.
