TABATA 8 rounds:

Sit-ups

Mountain Climbers

Rest 1 minute

TABATA 8 rounds:

Push-ups


TABATA is done with a running clock. 4 minutes on each movement which is 8 rounds. Complete all rounds of each movement before moving to next. Try and stick to just the one minute rest between movements.

If you do not have weights, do air squats for first movement.
