With a partner

Part 1:

6x400 m run for time (15 min cap)

- I run a 400 while my partner rests then tag and switch. Both run 3 400s

Part 2:

6x500 m row (15 min cap)

- both do 3 500 m rows just Like above

Part 3:

3 round for time (15 min cap)

15 synchronized DB snatches (50/35)

15 synchronized alternating single arm DB clean and jerks

30 double unders (each)
