Part A.

3 Rounds:

25 Air Squats

15 KB Swings

5 DB Thrusters 50/35

200m Run

Part B.

EMOM for as long as you can complete

2 Pull-ups + 2 OHS 95/65

Add 2 reps every minute for as long as you can complete. If you fail before 8 minutes, drop down and do 2-3 more minutes.


If you can’t do effective OHS try empty bar or sub for Front squat.
