It’s been a while since many of you did a solid set of heavy squats, so be smart! Adjust load as necessary.

Part B.

14 Min AMRAP:

5 Devil Press 50/35

12 Pull-ups

5 Cleans 135/95

200m Run


Part A.

4 Rounds:

10 DB Front Squats

8 DB push press

6 Burpees

Go heavier than you would normally. Focus more on strength than speeding through it.
