Let’s get outside and do something to mix things up today! Find a nice stretch of grass or a sidewalk for the Broad jumps and bear crawls.

4 Rounds for time:

20m Broad jump

20 Push ups

20 Bent over Rows

20m Bear Crawl

Use any weights you have for rows. KB, Barbell, DB, plate, etc. If you do not have any equipment, try this. Lay under a table and grab the edge. Then pull like you would a ring row. Or you can sub for 20 V-ups.
