4 Rounds:

10 Pistols (do pistol progressions or air squats if you can’t do pistols)

10 shoulder taps (can be from plank or handstand position)

10 V-Ups

Part B. (All Groups)

For Time:

400m Run

30 Cleans - DB’s, Barbell, KB, our plate

30 sit-ups

30 Push Press - DB, Barbell, KB (Groups C sub for 30 Ball slams)

30 Hip bridges (use any weighted item)

400m Run
