For Time:

800m Run

Then 3 Rounds of:

10Ball Slams

10 KB Swings

10 V-Ups/Hang Knee raises

10 DB Push press 45/25

10 Burpees

Then

800m Run

Runs are done together, both partners perform all reps as you go, I go.

Ex: Partner 1 does 10 Ball slams, then prober 2 does their 12 ball slams. Then move onto next movement.
