For Time:
800m Run

12 Ball Slams
12 SDHP 95/65
12 Sit-ups
12 DB Push press 45/25
Then
800m Run
Runs are done together, both partners perform all reps as you go, I go.
Ex: Partner 1 does 12 Ball slams, then prober 2 does their 12 ball slams. Then move onto next movement.
