For time: 50 dumbbell deadlifts 50 AbMat sit-ups 50 box step-ups 50 single-arm dumbbell thrusters

50-lb. DBs, 24-in. box

Time cap: 20 minutes

Sub weight for any weighted equipment you have. If you don’t have have equipment, use any object that can be held comfortably in one hand.


Box step ups can be done on a stable chair, bench, or other similar object.
