WORKOUT 2
For time: 100 double-unders 21 burpees 75 double-unders 15 burpees 50 double-unders 9 burpees
Time cap: 15 minutes
If you don’t have a rope or a place sufficiently open for double-unders, sub for Jumping Jacks or Jumping leg taps. Jump and try to tap the sides of your leg twice with your fingers during each jump. Have fun!
