Work Can be divided however you choose. Runs are performed together.
This is our first partner wod since the pandemic so if anyone feels uncomfortable sharing equipment with a partner, you can grab your one DB, bars, etc. Alternatively, you can do it solo just cut the reps in half and rest as needed.
