80 partner burpees (Divided any way)

30 thrusters (Synchronized)

800m partner run

70 KB Swings (Divided any way)

30 toes-to-bar/ high knees (synchronized)

600m Partner run

60 box jumps (Divided Any way)

30 power snatch/DB snatch (Synchronized)

400m run

50 Air Squats (Divide any way)

30 Front Squats 95/65 or DB’s (Synchronized)

200m run

40 DB Lunges (Divide any quay)

40 Push-ups (synchronized)


*The synchronized movements require both partners to do all reps work moving in sync. Runs are done together. All other movements can be divided however you choose.
