20 Alt Lunges + 20 Jumping squats
If you have anything heavy to use, consider doing weighted lunges. Water jugs, cinder block, Dumbbells, a big rock...get creative
12 min Alt EMOM:
:30 pushups
:30 plank hold
:30 double-unders
:30 burpees
Do each movement for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds. Sub jump rope for jumping jacks
If you have a space available, sub burpees for handstand push-ups.
