The first workout for the Support Your Local Box Fundraiser comp is out! Let’s knock this out and post some scores!


As we have been doing, get creative if you don’t have dumbbells. We can use KB’s, barbells, milk or water jugs, or any other weighted object you can grab in one hand!


10-min. AMRAP:

10 squats

9 dumbbell snatches, right arm

10 push-ups

9 dumbbell snatches, left arm
