NPCF Fall Changes
The New Normal
NPCF has been through a lot of changes this year. Like all small businesses, the Covid-19 pandemic presented numerous challenges and hurdles. Luckily, we managed to makes it nearly 6 months since reopening without having any Covid illnesses at the box! Thanks to our amazing community and everyone’s cooperation, we continue to keep working through this mess together.
A few weeks ago, we moved our early AM class times back to their original time slot of 5:30 and 6:30 AM. I will continue to evaluate the other class times based on class size and social distancing limitations. As the classes begin to return to larger groups, I need everyone to continue to be self aware and considerate of spacing, and ensure we are doing all we can to stay healthy and safe.
We are adding some new open gym times! This will give you all more opportunities to come use the space during times when a regular class is not running. You can come work on strength, gymnastics, do the days WOD, or just do some mobility. The new open game time slots will be 12:30p - 2:00p on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Sundays from 10-12:00p. The weekday slots will start this Tuesday, October 27th. I will consider adding additional times if there is a lot of interest. Please make sure you register if you plan to attend as I will close up if it looks like no one is attending a given day.
I am also going to be offering some semi-private classes for folks who still have concerns about working out in larger groups. These classes would be limited to groups of 3-5 people so there will be plenty of space for spreading out. If this is something you would be interested in, please text or email me and let me know so I can start to figure out a schedule for these classes.
I think these changes will all be a great way to continue to provide the best possible experience to you all during these challenging times. I thank all of you for being a part of the NPCF family and I look forward to continuing to help you all achieve your fitness goals.
