Classes

Achieve

Achieve is our traditional Crossfit program. Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Mixing aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, and HIIT training, Achieve yields remarkable results while improving your Crossfit abilities.

 Fit

The NPCF Fit program was designed to offer Crossfit type intensity, with more basic movements. Eliminating the high skill gymnastics and technique focused Olympic lifts allows for more focus on speed and endurance.

Raw Strength

Programed as a supplement to our standard WOD's, Raw Strength combines proven strength training and traditional olympic lift workouts to build power and strength. We meet 3 days a week and we work hard!

 

Open Gym

It's important for our members to have some free time in the gym for working on anything important to them. Strength. Gymnastics skills. Maybe some good old fashioned bench press! Coaches are here to help if you need it and to keep you safe.
